I done a simple crowd sim usinf actor, but when I export particles (objects), nothing is exported.
Is there another way to export the actor particles?

Only particles are supported by the objects exporter, not skinned actor meshes.
You can export as tyCache or Alembic to get the skinned actor meshes included.
