Rendering terrain colours in Redshift (or any other renderer) - superrune - 02-10-2023

Hi,

The new terrain features are amazing, I can't believe you've managed to develop something like this in such a short time. It's my favourite christmas present this year, haha!

I was wondering if there is a way to render the terrain colours in a renderer that doesn't support the tyTerrainColor texmap. For example, can the terrain color data be put into the vertex color data of the mesh?

Cheers!

Sure just have it turned on in the terrain mesh op, and put a vertex color map in your material (at least it works that way in Redshift)

I can't see any obvious places to turn it on though? Is it any of these options?
