Change MatID per script operator - secondplace - 05-03-2019
I was wondering if it is possible to edit the MatID of caped segments in the Script operator.
It does work well if the particles only have one material ID but if multiple IDs are present i cannot seem to access them individually.
Is this possible?

There is no access to the materialIDs of assigned shapes, no.

the reason i'm trying this is because this would allow for more controlled simulations from phoenixfd where smoke emission would only occur as long a specific matid is present. right now emission is only controllable through the phoenixfd discharge modifier. it be much better to control it through tyflow on event basis.
