Tyflow to simulate skin collision

See attached video, i wonder if we can use tyflow to simulate skin collision and still get fast and accuracy collisions?

i got similar effect using tyselect with tyfconform and relax, but im looking for some input on how to improve. should i use vertex selection or raycast? etc...
