Rotation angle by custom float

Hi,

While in inherit mode on rotation node, would be nice to be able to set the rotation axis with custom floats.
Much needed to animate rotation on local axis.

Usefull to achieve turbulent noise rotation, ie leaves in the wind sort of things.
