I dont know if this is is a gerneral PRT (Birth and Update) issue, but I discovered, that if you feed a PRT Birth and Update operator with a PRT Sequence which was native exported from PHX FD's own viewport-right-klick-menue export function, the scale of the particles (f.e. Foam) in tyFlow is always [1.0,1.0,1.0] instead of their true values which you can find f.e. in the Krakatoa Particle Data Viewer Utility.
