is tySplines keyable???

is there a way that I can link the tySplines to other objects?
or can I key the translate , rotation of the tySplines?
because I cannot do that in my scene

No, tySplines currently only operator in world space.

You could of course cache their meshes out to a tyCache or something, and then rotate that cache in local space mode.
