Scale Operator: Lock uniform sclaing doesn't work with animated tracks

Hi!

When I animate the X-value of a scale operator with uniform lock enabled, the animation is just applied to the x axis instead of all axis'.
I suppose it should be applied to all axis uniformly when the lock is active?
