TySelect crash on 'additive selections with poly select' 0.16089

TySelect crashes when pressing Additive Selections on mesh that is a polymesh. 
Max 2021 TyFlow 0.16089
Steps to Repro
1. Crate plane obj segments 50 * 50
2. Apply TySelect 
3. Press Additive Selections 
4. Apply PolySelect before TySelect
Crash

Hey Andy,

I'm unable to repro that crash in v0.16090. A bunch of stuff has changed between the builds, so perhaps I inadvertently fixed the issue already. Once v0.16090 is out, let me know if you run into it again.
