This is an issue I've been seeing for a while now. If you export particles as a tycache and let it auto-create the tycache object, then delete the tycache object and export again without versioning up the cache, the resulting, new tycache object doesn't properly load the cache. You end up with <no path> and <no file> under Folder and Filename, even though the sequence path and name is correct. It also won't load onto a new tycache object if you create one after the fact.
