this is the balloon example and i am asking for it to be all coming from one point.. but attached by the point itself .. coz the separation method will spread them around and up and down and the way its bound to the icon is by distance .. is there away to get the starting points of the strings to get bind those only to the icon?

Depends on your setup and how you're isolating the end vertex.
