How could a sphere like particle bounce and have a deformation effect? Try the colth operator but it stretches too much

In your cloth set bend and volume bind strength to something greater than 0 (try a low value like 0.1) and then increase your bind solver steps until you get the soft body effect you want.

How do I increase the steps of union solver?
