Is it possible to add something like global event, so every operator withing will affect every event in Tyflow?
Similar like export operator works when it's alone in it's own event
With global event we could just add operators like mesh or PhysX shape, operators we would otherwise need to copy and instance to all other events.

Not possible for global events, but if you look at the roadmap you'll see "container operators" which will be operators containing operators that you can copy among events. Just haven't gotten around to it yet.
