Converting .TyCache to VrayProxy - verovish - 04-08-2020 Is there a way we can convert the exported Tycache particles as .tyc to Vray Proxy without re-exporting the particles again? RE: Converting .TyCache to VrayProxy - tyFlow - 04-08-2020 Just use VRay's proxy exporter on the tyCache object. Usual stuff about disabling GPU instancing applies, since the vray exporter needs the mesh. RE: Converting .TyCache to VrayProxy - verovish - 04-09-2020 it's not working, when I right-click on the tycache and selecting V-Ray mesh export (export animation ticked) it does export a small file (5KB size) and nothing in the viewport! And you may also need to turn off render instancing in the tyCache as well. |
