"Element Fracture" is the same as continuous effect
For example, defined as 10%, there is no difference between "Continuous" and "On event entry".
Also hope that "Element Fracture" can have more continuous separation test conditions and methods.

This should be fixed in the latest build, with the addition of "seed by time".
