React with tyspline mesh in same flow - swihartc - 09-16-2020

Hey friends, I'm trying to figure out what the right tool to use for this; or if it is even possible without a circular reference.  Basically, what is the workflow for making particles in the same flow to react with a skinned mesh based on that flow?  I tried birth flow, flow update and actor operators.  I feel something isn't working right.

An example would be vines growing over each other from the same growth flow.  Or maybe how to make the tyspline a rigid body once it is formed.

Any insight into the rules of the order of operations would be appreciated.

Cheers

Typically you would just sim the knots using Particle Physics, PhysX or even the new CUDA Cloth Solver, then apply a Spline Paths operator as usual. I'm not sure why the need for circular reference...
