I want to know if I disable the option " Enable Vray Interface" in the
tycache will cause any problem?
Because I turn on the "Enable Vray Interface" that will let my vray can't rendering tycache, I must turn it off.
But I fear that will cause other problem.

The effect of the checkbox depends on the situation. If you disable it, certain versions of VRay (3.x/4.x) will not be able to render the particles as instances.
