i followed this tutorial how ever i have extended my characters run animation and tested and it works nothing else changed and am sure that shouldnt affect the tyflow.

i found out.
they need to be biped not bones.
also the tyflow box were you add events they need to be in order in some way otherwise the characters can get diformed
