Ty atmospheric - d4rk3lf - 07-13-2021 It would be great if we could have something like Afterburn shading on particles (basically, atmospheric, where shadows can go through volume of clouds). Maybe in commercial version? Or, for a starter, if we can use regular 3DS Max atmospheric, where Tyflow would basically create spherical atmospheric gizmo at each of the particle position, and use particle size as a reference for gizmo. I know it's already possible to export particles as any object, but instant rendering of Typarticles as atmospherics would be more straight-forward. RE: Ty atmospheric - tyFlow - 07-15-2021 Shading for stuff like that is up to renderers. However, you can scatter volumetric objects using the Export Particles objects mode. You can turn on render-only so it does it automatically at rendertime. RE: Ty atmospheric - d4rk3lf - 07-19-2021 Ahh didn't know about "render only". That's great, tnx! |
