multi material on single particle - Giggling_Squid - 08-04-2021 Hi All! I've just started using Tyflow so sorry for my ignorance! I have a particle system which references Geometry for its shape, each individual particle is referencing a group which contains 2 separate parts. Is there a way to make these two parts have different materials? I've attached pictures of the reference geometry and the particles, I can apply a material to the tyflow object but then they are all the same, and I can apply a material ID operator but that still treats the whole particle as a single object and applies a different material to different particles. Any advise would be greatly appreciated! RE: multi material on single particle - Syu_z - 08-08-2021 Maybe look into your Shape operator, all the way to the bottom. Inherit material from reference. Otherwise, set up a multisub material with proper ID on your object, and you can apply that to your tyflow object. |
