Hello. How to make constant particles rotation around object center? Imagine particles positioned on sphere and all this ball must rotate around sphere axis. Inherit Emitter Movement does not help. Then I try Vortex Force but particles flies into space...

Have you tried Object Bind (sticky set to 0% and mode set to surface) under your vortex Force operator? That will all particles to move but keep them stuck to the surface.
