push away geometry and put it back toguether with deforming meshes - houou - 10-22-2021 Hello, I'm struggling so much with this, and I would appreciate some tip of what would be the right direction to investigate... The issue is I can have a shape, fracture it into pieces and push that pieces away with an affector, to then recover the original shape once the effector has passed. But I can't wrap my head around it when the original shape is a deforming mesh. In the end I wanna use this with a skinned character in motion. Tried with cloth, tried to save the TM, tried creating some reference points with spawn, and use them as target, tried with PositionTransfer.... I'm a bit lost... if some graceful soul could bring up some light I would be so thankful. |
