Particle interaction - Vortiko - 11-01-2021 I have another question. I am trying to create a scene where I have 2 sets of particles. Lets say red spherical particles and blue cube particles. The Blue particles are spaced evenly in a volume, and only moving slightly. Then the red spherical particles come flying in, and some collide and bounce off of the blue particles, which react with a little motion and then start to blink. Can anyone give me some pointers on how to achieve this effect please? I seem to be able to make collisions work with objects, but not other particle systems. Thanks in advance. V. RE: Particle interaction - tyFlow - 11-01-2021 The Particle Physics operator can be used to make non-PhysX particles collide. You can also use the Mass operator to set masses on your particles, so that particles with small masses have less of an effect on particles with larger masses. |
