Hi
I'm making a moving plexus using Spline Paths set on Neighbours. This is from help ..
Neighbors: particle neighbor proximity data will be sent to the tySplines object.
.. how can I change the distance within which a link is made?

Those settings are in the tySplines object itself.

Just click the tySplines object, go to the modifier panel, click on tySplines in the list and edit the 'Max dist' parameter in 'Neighbour Splines'.
