Picking multiple objects to birth with their original textures. - AmirAsadi - 04-17-2022 Hi everyone, So I have been trying to create a simulation in which some 3D scanned objects fall into a container. The only problem that I’m having is that I can’t keep the existing materials assigned to the original linked objects through the simulation. I have three scanned objects with different materials and I want to use them in this simulation at the same time. But all I’m getting at the end is a single tyflow simulation mesh that I can only assign one texture to. I would greatly appreciate any help. RE: Picking multiple objects to birth with their original textures. - tyFlow - 04-17-2022 To preserve original materials, use an 'instance material' workflow. That means enabling 'inherit instance materials' where applicable in your object-input operator(s), and then rendering as instances at the end. |
