Best export for Chaos Cloud? - Narad13 - 08-25-2022
I am currently attempting to render some TyFlow scenes on Chaos Cloud that I have exported as TyCache objects. I'm finding that the vrscene files that are being written for export are HUGE and am have a difficult time getting them to upload and start successfully. Are there any other export types that result in a smaller file size and more successful transfer (ie: alembic mesh, objects, vrayProxy)?

Pretty sure that's because vrscene files bake all instances to geo...so instead of 1 instanced mesh and 100000 transforms (light) you get 100000 meshes (heavy). You'll have to ask the Chaos for more info, though.
