preserving smooth - Galea - 10-19-2022 Hello, I used tyflow and face fracture with shell operator to fracture the model of a rubber hose. The animation works fine, but the pipe created with the birth object is tessellated (attached image). Is there any way to fix this problem and make the tube smooth again once the particles are back in place? RE: preserving smooth - tyFlow - 10-23-2022 Explicit normals are what you'd need here, and they're not supported by tyFlow currently. The solution would be to blend between your unfractured mesh and the fractured mesh in comp.
