Slow down turbulence - Pederkallin - 11-22-2022 Hey guys! Just started using this amazing plugin (late to the party I know). I have a cloth animation of text. I have used a force node to make the cloth wavy. The problem I have is that the turbulence texture development is changing to fast which makes the animation look super wild. I would want to slow this down quite a bit. I have tried using the slow node below the force node set to like .001 speed but this doesnt do anything it seems like. Am I missing something? ![]() RE: Slow down turbulence - tyFlow - 11-22-2022 Slow node should be set higher to reduce velocity. A slow value of .001% will have virtually no effect on velocity. Also you could just reduce the turbulence strength. RE: Slow down turbulence - Pederkallin - 11-23-2022 (11-22-2022, 01:30 PM)tyFlow Wrote: Slow node should be set higher to reduce velocity. I have quite a high strength value on the turbulence to achieve this but would like the development of the wrinkles to be in slowmotion while maintaining the relatively high travel speed along the path. |
