Rendering terrain colours in Redshift (or any other renderer) - superrune - 02-10-2023 Hi, The new terrain features are amazing, I can't believe you've managed to develop something like this in such a short time. It's my favourite christmas present this year, haha! I was wondering if there is a way to render the terrain colours in a renderer that doesn't support the tyTerrainColor texmap. For example, can the terrain color data be put into the vertex color data of the mesh? Cheers! RE: Rendering terrain colours in Redshift (or any other renderer) - SteveDeeGreen - 02-10-2023 Sure just have it turned on in the terrain mesh op, and put a vertex color map in your material (at least it works that way in Redshift) RE: Rendering terrain colours in Redshift (or any other renderer) - superrune - 02-10-2023 (02-10-2023, 02:47 PM)SteveDeeGreen Wrote: Sure just have it turned on in the terrain mesh op, and put a vertex color map in your material (at least it works that way in Redshift) I can't see any obvious places to turn it on though? Is it any of these options?
