Proxy mode for tyMesh - ferabachini - 02-24-2023
Several times I end up using TyMesh because it is fast to generate a proxy mesh for some complex mesh object or character and export it in geometry, but I always end up having to have several correction steps, such as adjusting the grid size VS thickness, delete the internal empty spaces, apply a TyConform to the original mesh.... Is there any way to add a Proxy Mode in TyMesh itself that generates a solid mesh with the same mesh algorithm already present, but close to the original mesh, without creating space internal void, similar to what VDB does, but with the speed and ease of TyMesh?

I'm not actually sure what you're referring to here. tyMesh as in...tyMesher?

Ok, sorry again, now that I noticed you already have what I'm asking for... it's the "Direct conversion to SDF" function !!! I was hoping for a solution that was there all along
