interpolate ticks ? - rheogh - 05-30-2023 Hi! In the Tyflow settings I don't understand what ticket interpolation means Please explain it easily RE: interpolate ticks ? - tyFlow - 05-30-2023 Please pre-translate your post next time since this is an English-language forum. As for interpolate ticks, that determines whether sub-frame particle transforms will be interpolated or not. If you disable that, particles will snap to their next position between frames. If you keep it enabled, they'll travel smoothly to their next position between frames. That setting is only relevant to things like motion blur, or sim retiming. RE: interpolate ticks ? - rheogh - 05-30-2023 What does subframe mean? The meaning of particles that snap to the next position between frames is too difficult. RE: interpolate ticks ? - tyFlow - 05-30-2023 A subframe is a point in time between 2 whole frames. For example, frame 2.5 or 50.1, etc. RE: interpolate ticks ? - rheogh - 05-31-2023 In short, does it mean that particle transformation takes place in subframes |
