Whether "tySplines" can generate Bézier curve - cgdvs - 06-13-2023 Hi,Tyson! The lines generated by "tySplines" are straight lines by default. Whether Bézier curve can be generated is shown in the following figure. RE: Whether "tySplines" can generate Bézier curve - tyFlow - 06-15-2023 Maybe I don't understand the problem...but you can switch between linear/smooth in the tySplines main settings. RE: Whether "tySplines" can generate Bézier curve - cgdvs - 06-16-2023 As shown in the figure below, the line generated between two particles is a "straight line" by default. Is it possible to make the line between particles an isolated line, or can a curve chart be used to control the direct intermediate form RE: Whether "tySplines" can generate Bézier curve - tyFlow - 06-16-2023 I see, yes this is something you would have to do manually. The main problem is that there's no single way to orient a 2d curve in 3d space. So there's no way for me to know how to orient the curve around the 3rd axis (in your example, Z) without further settings/gizmos/etc....and all for a feature that is pretty obscure to begin with. I think it's easier for the user to do it manually themselves. |
