Hey there!
I dont know, whether its possible or not or asking too much....but is there a way to control certain parameters of operators through script.....for e.g. we take speed operator and let say we have a button next to magnitude, if pressed - disables the magnitude spinner and instead creates a custom variable or property, which can be accessed and manipulated in script operator.......
That will open quite new possibilities.....

No, that's not possible. If you just want MAXScript access you can assign a Script controller to the spinner like any other spinner in Max...but Script operator access to other spinners is different.
