shape operator doesnt update automatically - nayan - 12-13-2023
hey there,
when a reference or an external geometry is added as shape operator, any changes made to the external geometry does not get updated automatically unless and only pressed preseve normal checkbox in mesh settings.
for e.g. I select cylinder as reference, if I then change the height of cylinder, it doesnot reflect on shape operator unless I pressed preserve normal...I think its a bug or something

Thanks yea, I discovered this issue a few days ago and it's already fixed in the next build.
In the meantime, the workaround is to disable the global mesh cache in the Cache rollout.
