Hi guys. I would like to get a similar animation (I will attach a link). So that the noise is at the tips and then turns into a smooth shape, as in the example. I looked through a lot of material on the Internet, but could not solve this problem. Perhaps using VDB is not the best idea and you need to start with particles. Thank you.
