Materials - Taz3ds - 02-28-2024 Hi, I have a birth node and have added 10 different objects, I can't seem to apply a material unless I apply it to the tyflow helper but I then need to make a multi sub material and attach all the objects, I tried adding a instance material but that didnt seem to work, does anyone know how to get this to work? Thanks RE: Materials - tyFlow - 02-28-2024 You can enable the option to inherit instance materials in the Birth Objects operator. Keep in mind instance materials are only visible when rendering as instances. Thanks, I tried that in the Birth Objects but I think I am getting confused what you mean by when rednerings as instances? Do you mean it has to be an instance of the original object in max before selecting in the birth objects operator?
