Multifracture and Physix - Saschi - 06-08-2024 Hi there, tried to simply fracture a box with a sphere using multifracture with physx. But the fractured box woobles around with all elements intersecting. What did i wrong? I attached my test (Max2024), so pls. have a look into. Thanks for help Best, Sascha RE: Multifracture and Physix - tyFlow - 06-11-2024 If you enable "sticky starting penetrations" in your PhysX Shape operator, the jittering will go away. The jittering is caused by the large number of intersecting concave fractures having trouble finding a proper intersection-free rest state. RE: Multifracture and Physix - Saschi - 06-11-2024 Thank you :-) Just a little suggestion: Imho it would be great to have a deeper explanation and simple examples of every node maybe like Chaos do with Phoenix. I think this could be great for all user, especially the ones who don't need tyflow all day ;-) Maybe worth thinking about it.. Thanks again, Tyson, for your quick reply! |
