Inherit materials for Groups - Tom312 - 07-10-2024 When using Birth Object with Groups, 'Inherit material from object' does not work. Not sure if it is a bug or missing feature. I am sending an example with three spheres. In Case_A, three spheres are merged into single geometry. The material is rendered correctly. In Case_B, each sphere is separated geometry, grouped together. Materials are wrong. Thanks, Tom RE: Inherit materials for Groups - tyFlow - 07-10-2024 Note the "instance material" label for that setting. You need to render as instances in order to see the material. You are rendering as meshes. |
