Tydiffusion model import - EHJason - 07-26-2024

Heya,

Loving tydiffusion, works really well. I'd like to import a model as I'm using it to create storyboard style images, I've tried several different SD 1.5 and SD XL models, put them in the Models/diffusion folder, restarted my machine and none of them appear in the Diffusion models tab in tyDiffusion v1.115.

This one in particular is of interest but I saw something in the notes about it maybe not being suitable to be run locally? Apologies as I don't understand the SD 1.5 / SDXL side of things.

Any info appreciated!

Okay, managed to figure out I needed to enable the LoRas and it does find them in there but now it's saying it can't find the file or directory, now running the troubleshooting to check file permissions. Will update as I progress.

LoRAs need to go in the proper LoRAs folder, and the file itself needs read permissions for the current Windows user (sometimes running Max as Administrator is enough to fix permissions issues you might be having).

Yeah, I weirdly couldn't resolve the permissions issue so I moved the models to my D drive and set the paths, the yellow warning has gone now.

The LoRAs are appearing but the Storyboard_sketch one doesn't seem to be doing anything, I guess this depends on the individual LoRA caompatibilities?

It just seems to use the main model, even if I clear the custom style and set the individual LoRA to 10 if that's correct?

Okay, yep, getting there, switched to an XL model (Juggernaut XL v10) with an XL Depth ControlNet model, and then the sketch LoRA makes a difference. There's still quite a bit of colour in the image but that's resolvable in post of course.

RE: Tydiffusion model import - tyFlow - 07-26-2024

In your screenshot above, you set all LoRA strengths to 0...so that would explain why they're not doing anything.

Also LoRAs need to be matched with their proper model...so XL LoRAs with XL models, and such.
