velocity magnitude missing - ldotchopz - 01-01-2025
I am trying to simulate grass, and when the grass moves the particles, they are sent to the next event to fly into the air.
but when i attach the particles to the grass the Display Data shows no velocity or anything, so i cannot use the property test to send to the next event.
I get that the particles are not actually moving but they are on a mesh that is moving so i need to transfer the velocity somehow
any ideas? thanks

I think i figured it out by checking verlet integration in the object bind settings. it now shows data
