Hi,
Is there any way to generate particles from a VDB—not using Phoenix, but a still frame VDB loaded via the V-Ray Volume Grid?

No, it doesn't expose any volume interface (afaik), so the required data cannot be read from it externally.

I was wondering if loading via the Phoenix container would expose any data.... Is there any value like full or empty voxel available ?
