I have a problem with the typreview in max 2024.
When I make any preview both with a camera and in the perspective view, it exports a video or .jpg sequence of something that looks like empty viewports. However, in Max's process you can see how he does it well. This happen in all .max files included the new ones. Although I sent a scene to a friend and it exported well to him.

I've never seen that before - looks like some kind of GPU issue. Are your viewports set to the Nitrous driver?

Yes. I have the viewports in Nitrous Driver. Direct3D 11.0
I have a Laptop MSI Stealth 16 Studio A13V with a RTX 4070 8Gb. And Nvidia Driver 546.33

Hmm yea I have no answers for you then....tyPreview uses the viewport capture methods that Max provides in its API. If you're experiencing graphical glitches like that, there's not much I can do about it - nor have I had anyone else report a similar issue.
Only other thing I might suggest is check that you don't have any other windows below max that are using the GPU. No other software with a GPU viewport, capture, etc.

I try to chance the Nitrous Direct3D 11 to Nitrous Direct 3D 9 and everything works.
