RGB textrue as fur - dv2000 - 02-19-2025
Hi,
I added hairs using tyflow but I cannot add RGB cat texture to color cats hair properly. Like cat's white belly ty hairs must be white, back is black so ty hairs must be black similar to 3ds max hair. How can I do it?
basically paint particles from texture

Like hear each hair has a full rgb image of a cat but i need hairs to be white where they touch white, etc

The mapping operator is the correct way to do it. Is your cat texmap set to the same channel as the mapping operator?
