Redshift deformation blur with a tycache = Error - Fabrice - 06-16-2025

Hi,
I have a quite simple tycache object with particles birthing at every frames, it generates this error msg in Redshift 2025.2.2 :
"The geometry of XXX changes while the shutter is open, cannot perform deformation blur on this mesh for this frame"

The Redshift deformation blur works well with the regular tyflow object (as long as its "particle interface" option is checked)
but not with the correponding tycache object.

There are options in the tycache's render tab but none work :
- "Instances" or "Point cloud" options render nothing
- "Meshes" option renders but without Deformation blur (and the error msg)

Any help?

Most renderers require the particle interface to be enabled to render as instances, RS included.

Thanks, does this means tycache cant be used with redshift?

tyCache can be used - it has its own interface parameters you need to enable.

Yes but I cant get it to work :
"There are options in the tycache's render tab but none work :

Here's a test scene (Max 2025 + RS 2025.2.2 + TF 1.123)
