Additions:
* added Pack operator, for planar packing of concave meshes
* added "evaluate operator after PhysX" and "integrate smoothed velocities" options to Temporal Smooth operator
Fixes:
* fixed an issue where certain modifiers would continually re-evaluate when instanced over multiple objects
* fixed a regression where liquid particle birth wasn't working properly in the Birth Fluid operator
* fixed an issue where the Multifracture operator's "Custom TM" point mode was not properly reading particle custom TM values
* added more material ID export options to Alembic mesh export mode
* added range mode to tySelect Edge Length mode
* fixed some issues related to how the Object Bind operator computes inherited surface velocity
* fixed an issue where Position Icon UVWs in Circle/Sphere mode were tiled incorrectly
* improved the way velocities are computed when verlet integration enabled in the Object Bind operator
* reserved map channels (15-20) will no longer be exported to object data by the Export Particles operator
