TyParticleSkin - Timeline bug, if max is set to 1001-1100. (Solved) - jonmundur - 08-15-2025 Hi. I think I found a small bug in TyParticleSkin or maybe I’m misunderstanding something. If I start 3ds Max with the timeline set to 1001–1100, the TyParticleSkin doesn’t seem to do anything. But if I use the 3ds Max default timeline 0–100, it works just fine. I was going crazy ![]() I checked some shared scenes on Facebook, and they all worked fine. So, for a couple of hours, I basically went through every setting in TyFlow, but nothing worked. Then I noticed the difference in the timeline, my max starts default with 1001–1100. when i switch it to start at 0 every thing was fine. But wanted to flag this also for others. Image is the is simple physX setup and the same setup. diffrent timeline. first with 1001-1100 RE: TyParticleSkin - Timeline bug, if max is set to 1001-1100. - Findus - 08-15-2025 Have you set your reference frame to 1001? Silly me.. ![]() No I did not, then it worked. I don't know WHY! I did not check that... so obvious. After going through every thing, I was sure it was a bug.. So never mind the above. Thanks Findus. ![]() |
