[tyflow1.130] TyDiffusion InstallError - tomoya kimpara - 08-30-2025
Hello.
Once I launch tydiffusion, memory usage keeps rising until I close max. After uninstalling it and reinstalling with the files in a different location, it failed.
I reviewed all past logs, tried running as administrator, checked folder security and access permissions—everything—but it still didn't work.
I am sending a RAR file containing “run_ComfyUI.bat”, “setup.bat.log”, and “setup_ComfyUI.bat.log”.

The above issues have been resolved.
I had the AI fix several problems, and we were able to resolve the issues.
I had it create a text file explaining the solution step by step, so I'm sharing it here for anyone else encountering the same problem.

Unfortunately this still has problems -
--disable-cuda-malloc-async throws an error (unrecognised argument)
If you remove that you get a load of errors about 50xx series cards being incompatible with the version of pytorch being used, so it looks like unfortunately this isn't a way round the problem of 50 series cards being no use with tydiffusion, if anyone reading this is hoping it's a workaround. Looks like we're still going to have to wait for an official fix from Tyson for 50 series cards.
