Is there a way to export particles,
and then in an other flow load the flow (birth flow ) add a spline node and create splines by siblings?
That way I would overcome the memory issue. Everyframe would take just a bit more to pre-compute before render but at least the export would be fast and efficient.
Right now after I exported particles and load them through a birth flow it won't detect the siblings, I could imagine that but how could I overcome this?

There's no way to cache sibling relationships for later restoration of them, no.
