tymesher, uvw blending. - super gnu - 10-20-2025

i would like to use tymesher as an alternative to the growFX "metamesh"    which allows for some nice realism in plant growth, but is quite slow to update and very unstable in my experience.  it causes a lot of crashing.

the general functionality is there, i can blend a branch into a tree trunk just fine with tymesher, and take the UV mapping from both.

the major issue is the uv mapping at the junction between two meshes  is basically unusable.    metamesh does its best at blending the uv mapping coordinates from one mesh to the other, over a certain distance.

its far from perfect, but if you dont look too hard it can be usable.

any possibility of some uvw blending controls in tymesher, or any tricks that already exist to do what i am asking?

please bear in mind this is for ANIMATED  growing effects, so uv unwrapping isnt a solution.
