It'd be useful if the tyCache calculation could be done as a "background process" so that you can still do some other things in Max while it processes.
Loving all of this though, so thanks regardless!

Not possible due to the types of state changes evaluating the scene graph incurs, although you could simply open a second max instance and work in there.
